Ground Zero

Ground Zero (GZ) is a life skills course that is designed to help young adults understand how powerful they truly are.

Ground Zero is a foundational course facilitated by a life coach that allows young adults (ages 13+) to take ownership of their lives by learning key life lessons that will assist them in making lasting and meaningful changes. Through GZ, individuals can take ownership of their lives by retraining their brains and gaining autonomy over their bodies and choices.

Lessons from Ground Zero

  • Learn how to think for themselves

  • Learn to live the life they are here to live

  • Recognize that they have their own choices

  • Change the way they think about themselves and the world around them

Ground Zero Key Principles

  • GZ was developed using principles of brain development, positive psychology, positive Youth development, and spiritual growth.

  • With GZ, individuals will learn to stand in their power as they learn to challenge belief systems that do not serve them.

  • GZ will help young adults become practitioners who can identify and release beliefs and assumptions that hold them in the past.

  • GZ will help individuals learn to “live in the present“ recognizing in every moment, their choices impact themselves, their community, and their world.
