Site Coordinator
Part-Time (On-Site)
WHO WE ARE:
City of Dreams serves youth ages 8 and up living in San Francisco’s low-income and public housing communities. Established in 2004, we have provided enrichment opportunities for at-risk youth in the city’s underserved communities for nearly 17 years.
We believe that a variety of experiential events enhance the learning process and allow youth to develop the skills needed to achieve their goals. We also understand that not every child develops in the same way or with the same methods. And we empathize with the kids who may not have ready access to many opportunities and resources to aid in their development. Our curriculum provides just enough structure but leaves room for kids to be kids while learning how to be their best selves.
Since our inception in 2004, we have reached thousands of young people and family members. Now more than ever, the at-risk youth of San Francisco need our support. Currently at our community center, we host a Community Learning Hub for grades K-12 and continue to match our participants to mentors for 1:1 relationships.
We highly encourage you to apply for this position even if you do not check off every item in our job description!
