Martin Higgins, Chairman of the Board

Gary Whitehouse, Member of the Board

Gary Whitehouse joined City of Dreams in early 2011, bringing with him a background in youth development and board governance.  When not volunteering his time with City of Dreams, he is providing consulting expertise to healthcare organizations throughout the U.S in efforts to increase bottom line performance and provide the highest quality care to patients.  Gary was born and raised on the East Coast and is a proud alumni of Boston College.

Lucy Li, Secretary

Lucy Li has been a mentor with City of Dreams since 2009 and joined the Board in August 2010.  A graduate of MIT, she is currently pursuing a joint MBA/MA in Education degree at Stanford University.  Prior to Stanford, she worked at Genstar Capital LLC, a private equity firm in San Francisco.

Tawni Harlow, Member of the Board

Tawni Harlow is currently a Strategy Consultant for Wells Fargo where she provides strategic market support for the Commercial Line of Business. She received her bachelor’s degree in Managing Information Systems and Human Resource Management from Chico State and her master’s degree in Decision Sciences from San Francisco State University.
